Current Campus

The Franciscan School sits on the campus of the Catholic Community of St. Francis of Assisi.  To the end of creating a safe, close, and welcoming campus environment, four permanent buildings clustered around a central courtyard form the heart of the TFS campus:  Thea, Bonaventure, Jacoba, and Juniper Halls.

During good weather, the entire school gathers each morning in the Courtyard for Morning Prayer and for other important school events.

Juniper Hall contains six primary classrooms for Kindergarten and Grade 1.

Thea Hall is a two-story building that houses the school’s administrative offices, faith formation offices, Grades 2 and 3, and 7 and 8. Thea Hall houses Middle School classrooms, a conference and resource center, health room, and reception area.

Grades 4, 5, and 6 are housed in modular classroom units (MCU’s) affectionately referred to as “the condos on the hill” while TFS awaits the construction of permanent space for its Middle School.

Bonaventure Hall houses the 12,000 volume Media Center, Computer Lab, Art and Music Rooms, and offices for Spanish and athletics. Jacoba Hall houses the dining room, a commercial kitchen, and Chapel. Most of the rooms in the school buildings are multi-purpose and meet the needs of parish faith formation and TFS instruction.

Clare Hall houses a gym used by TFS students during the school day and by Middle School sports teams.

Extensive sports fields that support a competitive Middle School athletic program and an age-appropriate playground round out a 7-acre school campus.

Each building at TFS is named for a follower of St. Francis.
