Hot Lunch Program
Online ordering is the only way to order lunches.
The hot lunch link can be found on Edline. Each parent has been given an Edline activation code in their back to school family packet. Once logged on to Edline, the hot lunch link is on the home page on the right side under Links. Click on the link to get to the program. From there, a hot lunch order may be submitted.
Parents order lunches online through the TFS Hot Lunch website, with secure payment by VISA™ or Mastercard™ credit card. There are two lunch offerings: regular lunch at $3.90* each or a meal-size salad for $4.25* each.
Milk is not included in the price of lunch. Milk can be purchased separately for $.40* per carton. Chocolate and white milk are available.
In order to keep lunch prices as low as possible, we rely on TWO parent volunteers to help serve lunch each and every day. Each TFS family is asked to volunteer at least one day during the year, whether you order hot lunches or not.
Online ordering for each month, is from the 3rd-18th of each month for lunches in the following month. The last week of each month will be closed to orders for administrative processing. NO late orders can be accepted.
Should internet access not be available to you at home or work, the Wake County Public Libraries offer free internet access. Throughout the year the TFS Media Center will be open to parents for online ordering every weekday between 7:45 a.m.-8:05 a.m.
