We are currently seeking candidates to work in our Bridges After School Program on a part-time basis beginning in August. Candidates must have a strong desire to work with children, be at least 18 years old, and pass a background screening. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our staff. This is a 12 month, 40 hour per week position with a focus on providing a welcoming presence to families, visitors and staff and assisting The Franciscan School community. This position has primary responsibility for parent support in the front office, school “TidBits” emails and parent newsletters, as well as other areas that support the mission of the school. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and computer skill. Experience with desktop publishing is preferred.
