Middle School Electives
TFS Middle School Electives

At The Franciscan School, our middle school electives are thoughtfully designed to enrich the student experience by fostering creativity, curiosity, and personal growth. These courses offer opportunities to explore new interests, develop unique talents, and engage with subjects beyond the core curriculum. Whether trying something for the first time or deepening a budding passion, students are encouraged to take risks, think creatively, and discover more about themselves and the world around them. Electives meet twice a week and change every trimester. We aim to offer a diverse and inspiring selection that invites every student to find joy in learning.
Sample electives: Art, Board Games, Book Group, Cheerleading, Chorus, Coding, DEAR, Drama, Gardening, Hollywood Books, Math Puzzles, Model UN, Music Ensembles, Puzzles, Robotics, Sailing & Naval History, Science Olympiad, Sewing, Ukulele ...
