The Franciscan School admissions and application process is simple and straight forward! Click on the “Apply to TFS” button above to create a new application. Carefully read and complete each step, as incomplete applications will not be accepted. Supporting documentation to include are listed below.
Teacher recommendations are needed as follows.

Please note that applications will not be reviewed by The Franciscan School Admissions Committee until all of the above components to the application are received by the Admissions Department.
Entrance Age: Children entering Kindergarten are to be five years of age on or before August 31st for enrollment in the current academic year. Children entering the first Grade are to be six years of age on or before the same date.
Application: A $60.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon submission of the online application.
A student’s admission is conditional upon the satisfactory completion of the year in progress; in addition to the student’s needs and abilities, and a review of the requirements listed above.
Notification of Admission: Based upon satisfactory completion of the application process, review of a student’s application and strength of credentials, and space availability, a student will be extended an offer of admission with a letter of admission, tuition agreement, and enrollment packet.
Enrollment: The enrollment and tuition agreement must be completed and returned to The Franciscan School office within (10) business days.

All families agree to pay the Full Cost Tuition Rate per child unless notified of eligibility for the Steward Rate as approved by the Pastor.
Application Fee: $60 non-refundable
Registration Fee: $400.00 per child
Payment made directly to TFS on or before July 20th. A 1% discount applies to this option.
FACTS Tuition Management administers the trimester payment option. Payments are drafted July 20th, November 20th, and February 20th.

2020-21 Tuition Rates will be available to view late Fall 2019.

The parish and The Franciscan School provide significant need-based financial aid for families. In the 2019-20 academic year, we awarded over $310,000.00 in financial aid.
