Faculty/Staff Spotlight: Aerin Stamp

If you’ve ever walked through the front doors of TFS, chances are you’ve been greeted with a warm smile from Aerin Stamp. As the Front Desk Administrator, Mrs. Stamp is often the first point of contact for families, students, and visitors. Her role goes beyond answering phones and directing traffic. She is a vital connector in the life of the school.

Now entering her third year at TFS, Mrs. Stamp brings both a professional background in communication and a heartfelt dedication to Catholic service. Before joining the school, she worked as a Communications Specialist at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church in Raleigh, where she led creative projects, including redesigning the parish bulletin and launching a new website. “I loved working in a Catholic environment, and when I decided to leave, I knew I wanted to stay within the Diocese,” shares Mrs. Stamp. Her career path also included a stint as a financial coordinator at a dental office, where she refined her organizational and customer service skills.

“I love getting to know the families and children at our school,” says Mrs. Stamp. “It has been so special to me to build connections with families and assist them daily.” Some of Mrs. Stamp’s favorite memories at TFS are when students sit with her before getting picked up. She enjoys chatting and laughing with them, learning each of their different personalities.

Mrs. Stamp’s joy in serving others shines through in everything she does, from organizing supplies for teachers to managing the school newsletter and Tidbits, to designing the annual yearbook. She approaches each task, both big and small, as an opportunity to strengthen the school community and support the Franciscan mission.

Perhaps one of the most meaningful aspects of Mrs. Stamp’s work is the ability to integrate faith into her daily life. “Working at TFS means that I get to share and grow my faith every day while fulfilling my duty to serve my community. It is such a benefit that I am able to attend Mass with the students and parents weekly, and that I can grow my faith in a working environment.”

Though no two days are ever the same, Mrs. Stamp thrives in the unpredictable rhythm of school life. Her adaptability, kindness, and commitment to TFS make her a treasured presence in the front office and a true reflection of Franciscan hospitality.
